Requesting a CD refund and getting error message

I bought 2 CDs because we needed to e-file more than 5 people for our family. However, when I downloaded the second CD,  I still could not e-file. If there is a way for us to use this CD for e-filing, we would love to make use of it. I've tried to send in a refund request, but it keeps giving me an error saying that my attached receipt cannot be uploaded (even though it was well within the MB requirement). Could anyone help? Thank you!

Buying a second CD will not let you e-file more returns.   The five e-file limit is an IRS limit.    If you have more than five returns to file then the other ones need to be filed by mail.

Talk to customer support about the 2nd CD you purchased unnecessarily.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
