I have a quick question when I did file for my tax return it said I was real freaking to get 75 ish I only ended up receiving 55 so I was wondering is there like a deduction that the bank did for me or anything like that or did I do something wrong

If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees with your refund, that may be why your refund amount was less than you expected. Also, the IRS may have made a correction to your return.
