Return date

The dates for receiving a tax refund on the TurboTax Tax Home web page are only estimates  based on the IRS target of 21 days from the date the tax return was accepted to the when the tax refund is issued. 

The IRS website for the status of your federal tax refund is the only valid authority for the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
