I filed our return with Turbo Tax. It had the information for Credit Karma. It wouldn’t let me process or link any of it so I went back and chose to deposit into my checking account. In my tax packet there are credit karma worksheets. I haven’t received any emails or anything from them. Can you tell me where my deposit is actually going? I’m frustrated and confused.

If you entered your direct deposit information into TurboTax, please follow the steps below to view your account information:

To review previously-entered bank account info, simply revisit the File section in TurboTax. Follow the prompts for Step 1. When you get to Step 2, this is where the bank account information will be. Follow the prompts to view/edit your bank account information.

Please click How do I contact Credit Karma for help? if you believe you entered your banking account information into Credit Karma.
