Question

Right before you efile, I would like to review my returns so I hit the link that says view or print forms and it opens another window and sits there I have waited 30 mins

Typically the process should only take a few minutes. If you are stuck on a screen in TurboTax you may need to log out/close and restart your computer, then log back in, or try another browser. It's a good idea to try and clear your cache and cookies. Please see these TurboTax FAQ's for information on how to clear your cache and cookies:
