I have been on the phone with the IRS all morning long ending with them assuring me I was due all of my refund of $3400.00 turbo tax only gave me $2600!! They’re refusing to refund the rest of my money even though they only needed to take out $300 for their services that’s $800 difference! Their 3rd party deposite agency is a joke and I am furious!

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
