Routing number issues

I have filed with Turbotax for about 8 years now and this is the first year I switched banks. Upon finishing my taxes (not submitting) I was greeted by the screen that has us select payment options. Upon selecting direct deposit, it only allows me to use my old bank account. There is nowhere to put the new banks info in. I looked at threads but there is no clear answer on how to change the routing number and it says I would face these issues if the IRS accepted my refund already but I haven't even submitted it.

Same issue and I can't seem to find any helpful information anywhere.

I had this same issue and called customer service yesterday and was asking to get help and resolve the issue.
