Run Review Now not working: This wasn't expected, but we're working on fixing it

"Run Review Now" is not able to be skipped to efile and it loops to "This wasn't expected, but we're working on fixing it " every time. This isn't a cache or browser issue. It's a service and seemingly program issue. Give me the CD versions. These online applications don't work.

Try these options to fix the issue you are having

 

If you are using TurboTax Online

  • Check ‌your browser's settings. (Clear your Cache and Cookies)
  • Check on your internet connection
  • Try using a different web browser 

If you are using TurboTax Desktop

  • Make sure the software is updated. 
  • If you haven't rebooted your computer, please do
  • Check your firewall and antivirus settings. Make sure they aren't blocking any feature of the software. 

** If you are using the phone/tablet app, try changing to laptop/computer if possible. If you do not have access to a computer, switch to a web browser within your phone or tablet, and sign in from there.
