I file with TurboTax every year. Why is it that IVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT ON SBTPG to track my refund? I try to call them and the voice automated system tells me invalid SSN. People keep saying it’s because my funds are with the other bank but TT already confirmed that SBTPG has my refund and it’s pending availability.
