I have already filed my taxes in the end of January and have received my return. Do I need to adjust or fill out a Schedule 8812 to claim the Additional Child Tax Credit?

If you were eligible for the Additional Child Tax Credit, then it would have been automatically included as part of your return.

If you are referring to the changes in the Child Tax Credit that are a result of the passing of the American Rescue Plan, those changes go into effect on your 2021 tax return, not the 2020 return. No action is required by you at this time.
