I paid more in SE Taxes for 2024 than what turbotax is estimating I should have paid.  How do I adjust this so I can file my 1040 taxes?

How did you pay the tax?  Do you mean that you made estimated payments during the year?   If so,  make sure you entered that you made estimated payments.

 Go to Federal>Deductions and Credits>Estimates and Other Taxes Paid>Other Income Taxes
