How do I create a second amended federal and state return in turbo tax online from 2018 file in May 2019?

Well the software is no longer available for 2018. And...it is too late to file and get an additional refund for 2018. What did you want to change? Why?

I had already done an amendment for 2018. I had more income for that year that I did not report and I need to do another amendment to include this. I already paid additional tax on the first amendment but will still owe more.
