It is not possible to file another tax return using the same Social Security number.  Once the IRS has accepted a tax return using your SSN, any other attempt to file using your SSN would be rejected.   Was you e-file accepted?

If someone (family member?  friend?  acquaintance?) actually used exactly your same account and user name to prepare a tax return, then that second return overwrote your own tax return.  Online accounts can only be used for one return; if the same account and username are used again, the second return overwrites the first one and the first one is gone forever.    If that actually happened and your return is gone, you can get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $30, an actual copy of the return.

If your online account is messed up you should make a new account to do 2023 or next  year to do 2024.  Next year do not transfer from 2023 return.  Or did you log into the wrong account?

It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.

You can also request a transcript from the IRS
