Question

Sending an amendment, I see that the current address, is my mailing one (in the US), I left last year, and fear that this will be an issue to claim the FEIE in 2024.

I have to send an amendment to my 2022 tax return, I notice that the "current address" is using my "mailing address in the USA". The fear that I have is that I move in Nov 2022, therefore I am not a resident of the state nor the USA anymore, and I am planning to claim the foreign earn income exclusion for my 2023 taxes, will that be an issue?

The address on the amended tax return should be the address where you currently receive mail.  The address on the tax return has no bearing whatsoever on whether or not you can claim FEIE on a tax return in the future.
