I refinanced my mortgage in 2019 and forgot to include the mortgage origination fees on my 2019 returns. Should I amend my return to include these fees?

Did you itemize your deductions, or take the standard deduction?  If you took the standard deduction then it is highly unlikely that you would receive any benefit from amending and adding your mortgage origination fee.  Also, in order for a mortgage origination fee to be tax deductible, they must be stated on the closing statement as a percentage of your loan amount.  If they were not stated as a percentage of the loan, they are not deductible.
