Should I amend my tax return if I didn't note about my LLC, which is running in the negative?

Yes, if you are operating a business, you should include income and expenses from that activity on your tax return.      Are you a single member LLC or a multimember LLC?

Thanks for the response, it is a single member LLC. Would you happen to know which form I should be looking for?

Single member LLCs use Schedule C to report their income and expenses as part of the personal tax return.
