Should I amend my taxes if I filed before the Unemployment tax break and am now eligible for the 3rd stimulus check (before I wasn't)?

I cannot find a single straight forward answer to this. My AGI was 80k. My new AGI is 70k. Do I need to amend to get the 3rd stimulus?

You will not have to amend for the third round of stimulus. The IRS is continuing to reconcile stimulus payments based on 2020 tax returns. See question E2 in this link. Worst case, you will be able to file for the Recovery Rebate Credit on your 2021 return for any missed stimulus payment.
