Should I e-file after mailing my taxes?

It's been 6 weeks since I mailed my taxes. I've never mailed my taxes before and I'm getting nervous they are not showing under where's my refund. I keep thinking maybe I should just e-file now but not sure what I should do

    Most mailed returns make it to the IRS. The IRS is working hard to process returns, give out refunds and help taxpayers to the best of their ability during these times. Try calling the WMR automated hotline: 1-800-829-1954 or visit the IRS website.
