We have no access to your tax return or your information.   We cannot see anything about your income or how much you had withheld.   We cannot answer that question.  Prepare a 2020 tax return when all of your information arrives from employers, banks, etc. etc. and see what the result is.

You mean as a refund on your 2020 return?  Each year is separate and has tax changes.  You have to prepare your return to see.  You won't get your W2s and 1099s until January so you have to wait.  Don't be in a hurry.  You can't file until the IRS opens filing in late January.

Or what do you mean?  What about 6 months?  your tax return  is based on the total income for the year, not by time.
