Should I refile my MN renters credit refund if it does not appear on Where's my refund system?

Either it was lost in the mail or lost at the MN Dept.of Revenue. Should I just make copies of the original paperwork and send it to the same address?  I printed TurboTax completed Renters Credit Refund of $409.00, signed and dated the form along with the M1PR form on April 11, 2017 and never received my refund.  It's now 8/19/17 and I need to resend all signed paperwork again because I have always received my refund (for the past 12 years) in the first 2 weeks in August and it never arrived.  This is the first time I've ever had a problem receiving my refund.  So if I send it today 8/19/17,how long will it take to get my refund?

Probably.  Personally, I would first call them and ask about it, but even if they receive two of them, they would only process the first one and ignore the second one.

They say the refund will come about 6 weeks after it is filed, but in my experience it comes a bit quicker than that.
