All you can do now is, wait. At least you know that the IRS has your filing. It does not matter who sent your form to them. That is the sole destination for federal tax returns. No one has discovered a way to make any tax agency speed up working on or sending out refunds. No one ever will because they are an overwhelmed, over worked, under funded and under staffed government bureaucracy. Eventually you will get the pay off of your no interest loan to the government. 21 days is an educated/informed guess and it should not be relied on.

Follow your Federal refund at the IRS "Where's My Refund" website:

https://www.irs.gov/Refunds

NOTE:   Here's a possible common delay that many encounter this time of year, if it applies to you:

If you claimed the Earned Income Credit  (EITC) or Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC), then by law (PATH Act) the IRS cannot issue a refund on those returns until after February 15.   IRS goes on to say that those who claimed those credits should be seeing refunds deposited by February 27, although some filers with those credits may see it before then (but not before February 15.)
