So I’m trying to find out when I’ll receive my state tax return and when I enter the details, it apparently cannot be found? Is anyone else having this issue?

You enter the amount of your state tax refund as shown on your state tax return.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.
