Mine did too and I even went through Turbo Tax and updated my banking info....now it’s sitting on a TurboTax card I had two years ago that I can’t find and can’t contact anyone at TurboTax or Greendot. Can’t report the card lost on the app either because it won’t let me login!!!

I have had the absolute same exact problems you’re having right now have you found any way to get it fixed yet because I’m having absolutely no luck I can’t get nothing from nobody not TurboTax not my old job not TurboTax not my job nowhere so if you find anything out please please share

I saw on t.v. that if you filed with Turbotax, to text the last 4 digits of your turbo card to 43411. When I did that 2 separate times it said "not recognized." I then went to IRS.gov to "get My payment" portal. It said it was deposited to last 4 digits of unknown account on 4/15. So on 4/27 I called the # on back of turbo card that (is not expired but had no balance for over a year.)

and it said 1,200.00 deposited on 4/14!!!!!

I know!! WTF! So, I say all that hoping your situation could be the same or similar enough to help you get results. 😁
