You can file a 2020 original or amended return to get your first stimulus payment.

The IRS is no longer sending out stimulus payments. Any missing amounts will be added to your tax refund as a Recovery Rebate Credit.

Go to File your 2020 taxes to get 2020 TurboTax. You can’t go an old year online so you’ll have to buy and install the program on your computer.

If you used TurboTax in 2020 you can amend your return for free.
