So feb 15 I got the take action 1541 code and a few days ago it updated to processing is this a good sign that I’ll get my money soon? I called a week ago and they told me I was under review and it could take 45 days and that I would get a letter in the mail also this is my first time filing taxes and I did claim my little sister so anybody got a idea on my situation? Thank you

If your return is now showing "Processing" on Where's My Refund? tool, yes that is a good sign. Next it will show approved and a refund date. The time frame can vary.

Here is the general timeline of e-filed returns:

Transmission > Acceptance > Processing > Approval > Refund.

1541 could mean your refund was put on hold if you claimed Earned Income Tax Credit (EIC) and/or Additional Child Tax Credit, this may be the reason for the delay, due to the Path Act. The IRS started issuing tax refunds on returns with the EIC or Additional Child Tax Credit on February 27, 2019. If this is not the case, I have listed some additional reasons your refund may be taking longer.

Please see the TurboTax FAQ below on "Why do some refunds take longer than others?" for additional information:
