Question

Someone stole my wallet and bank info was in there therefore I had to change my direct deposit info meaning my tax money will probably bounce off due to this.

Did you request to have Turbotax fees deducted from your refund?

In that case your refund is coming directly from the IRS (and your state, separately, if you are expecting a state refund.)

The IRS will mail a check a few weeks after the deposit bounces.  You can try and call the IRS and request they cancel the direct deposit and mail a check without waiting, assuming you can get a human on the phone.  For security reasons, they won't accept a request to change to a different bank account number. 800-829-1040

Check your state tax department web site for similar info.
