Started by sending return to "print for mailing", Now under shelter in place order, can't deliver to client. How can I back up and reset for electronic filing?

You mentioned "client".  You do know that the TurboTax personal editions, both online and desktop are only licensed to the purchaser of the software and Cannot be used by a paid tax preparer.
