State Download not on my TurboTax Accounts?

Need to amend a 1040 return and load up the CA software associated with it. I have two Intuit accounts but neither show this CA state download. I purchased the 2020 TurboTax Home and Business software as a CD (still have the disk). To get the CA state download I have followed the link to search for the download by entering the 'license code' but it tells me it is tied to a different account. I went thru this license code process for both Intuit accounts...If the state download is associated with a third account I have no knowledge/record of a third account and not sure how to find it. Any help is appreciated.

This would be best resolved by calling and speaking with a phone agent. They will be able to pull up your account to see where the state return was purchased or downloaded.
