I went back and forth on which way i was going to pay my taxes, I never got to the transmit button at the end.

but somehow the federal was filled.

Now it says when i try to e-file my state taxes....

(If you'd like to e-file your state return using turbotax, it will need to be filled along with your federal return.

you may also e-file your federal return now, then submit your state return later via turbo tax, by mail, or by visiting your states tax website for alternative e file options )

If you cannot see any information, you can also contact us using the link below and an agent will be able to let you know if any returns were electronically filed.

Also, if you do not see the status of your returns, and if you can still access your input in the federal section of the program, then your returns most likely have not been filed.
