My New York state tax return was accepted on 2/15/20 and I owed $90. I printed IT201v but shredded it by mistake. On 3/20 I went in to print a new form, Turbotax forces you to update, now state return shows I get a $13 refund. I cannot amend my return because I first have to pay. But I can no longer print form IT201v because I no longer owe. HELP PLEASE!
