Status of 2020 refund

Wondering what's going on with my refund because it's been excepted by the IRS and Turbo Tax says it's estimated on 3/2 which is already passed and nothing. Yet when i check the IRS site "Where's my refund" It says it's "Processing"

Why is the status different from Turbo Tax vs IRS???

Once your return has bene filed and accepted (which does not mean approved) for processing by the IRS, TT receives no further updates. The IRS is seriously backlogged, so please be patient.

So your telling me if it's been excepted by the IRS and TT gives us the estimated date for refund that doesn't mean it's been approved? That doesn't honestly sound right nor make alot of sense.
