Still haven't received my state tax refund.
I filed my taxes using turbotax on 1/27, and it was accepted the following day, 1/28. I got my federal refund late February but my state tax refund is nowhere to be found. Every time I call these people via the phone number they provide on their website for my state (CT), it always ends up with the machine hanging up on me so I never reach a live human on the phone and none of the current options are helpful.
When I check the status online, it says the same thing it's been saying for over 8 weeks now, "Under Review" with $0 as the amount expected. I have not received a letter of any kind requesting more information so I am really at a loss as to what the hell is going on here. This has never happened before either, since when I normally file my taxes, I usually get the state tax refund first before ever getting my federal, but this year is the first time where I got my federal first before my state, and I still haven't gotten my state refund. I honestly am not sure what else I can do.
Can anyone provide any info on what else I can try? I feel at this rate the state tax will be in "Under Review" status forever.
