It means be patient and watch the IRS site to see when the IRS is finished processing your return.

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

    To track your state refund:

On the IRS site you are also offered the use of an app called IRS2Go

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

What came of your taxes this year?

Yea no..... truth is BECAUSE TT had a glitch and our returns weren’t accepted when they said they were so are being resequenced. Also heads up if you had a 1095A TT also FAILED to have this as an option to input. When u filed. So while the mandated heath insurance is no longer necessary the health insurance marketplace 1095 a which fills out the 8962 MOST DEF IS REQUIRED. So you will get a letter requiring this info and adding another 8-10 weeks. I hope TT starts to refund those of us that had to pay this $80 bull**bleep** for “because u have this type of return” because as a major tax preparer YOU FAILED YOUR CUSTOMERS! patience my a**!
