My status of my stimulus was not available. Did much reading, and from what I found was I had to file my taxes this year to get it. So I did that, and now when I look to see about status of my stimulus check it says it will be mailed out soon. So what do I need to do so I don't get it with my taxes and another check?

The IRS knows how much stimulus they sent you, so when they get your tax return they will adjust your refund to account for any payments your said you didn't receive but they sent you. So, your refund will be adjusted for the stimulus check you said you didn't receive, and you will get the balance.
