Stimulus check went to a turbo Visa card I threw away and my information in the computers is wrong so I can’t reset my account

I can’t reach a live person to talk to and ask for a new card and I can’t login online because either my social or my DOB is wrong in the system. Any time I try to reset my account by inserting my social and  DOB it says information is invalid. I pulled up my 2018 tax return and I have all the bank info... please help I can’t access any of the money on my card. Is it possible to reach turbo visa support without having to drive to California?

    you'll have to contact the Bank .....is it Greendot Bank?

    Yes it’s green dot bank, I can’t contact anyone through the phone. I input my ssn and my DOB and it says my information is invalid. I’ve tried getting through with that number and the turbo visa phone number probably 100 times each
