Stimulus check went to a turbo Visa card I threw away and my information in the computers is wrong so I can’t reset my account
I can’t reach a live person to talk to and ask for a new card and I can’t login online because either my social or my DOB is wrong in the system. Any time I try to reset my account by inserting my social and DOB it says information is invalid. I pulled up my 2018 tax return and I have all the bank info... please help I can’t access any of the money on my card. Is it possible to reach turbo visa support without having to drive to California?
