Submitted a federal tax return amendment but could not locate it on IRS website?

Turbotax record shows that the amendment was accepted on Oct 25 so it has been past three weeks. However I could not locate it on the IRS website. Is this normal?

    The IRS is taking 6 months or longer to start the processing of an amended tax return.
