I've already done taxes on TurboTax and ready to check out I keep trying to get the tax advance and it won't let me sign in

    If you are certain you are using the correct Turbo Tax online account credentials, try deleting your browser's cookies. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ regarding  How to delete cookies! If that doesn't work, try using a different browser all together.
