Hi,

I have contacted TPG Support for a status on my tax return check three times now (being 2+ hours on hold each time and getting no email responses from them). I filled an indemnity Bond form for them a month ago (because I never got the original check I was supposed to get) and followed all the instructions they told me to, but I still have not received my tax return check. How am I supposed to get my money back? Would appreciate any guidance here

Have you been watching your mail very carefully?   They mail that check in a plain envelope.   Make sure you open every piece of mail--do not toss anything without opening it first to make sure it is not junk mail.

Yes I have - everything to my name (and even without a specified recipient) I've been opening to see if its the check
