Tax refund mistake

Please help!  

so my wife is self employed and I work for the rail road.  I may be in the wrong place to find answers to this question but I’m desperate. 
    When my wife did our taxes, she didn’t know that our “second” stimulus check had been deposited into our bank account and she put that into our 2020 tax return.  We had to have been one of the last to get the “second” stimulus check, it just seemed like it took forever to be deposited.  We did in fact receive the stimulus and our tax money should have been deposited on the 12th of march and now it’s the 23rd and still no tax money.  What do I do????
