After Turbo determined my Federal tax ,, my refund amount was reduced by the amount ($1200.00) of the 2nd stimulus which I had already received . Why

The software is set up to give you the second stimulus check in your tax return using the Recovery Rebate Credit until you answer the question stating the amount you did receive, then it takes it back out if you did get it.

That is a good thing, because if you filed it that you didn't get it and then IRS sent it to your, then they are delaying some refunds while they look at the returns.
