First off I thought this tax service was free. Secondly I have a Federal tax return, that I have not received after it being accepted on 3/2/20. You are charging me to file and now I see that your just going to take your fee with NO regards of me getting my return. Not Happy with your so call service

Taxpayers are eligible for Free Edition if they file a simple tax return (Form 1040 with no schedules): that includes W-2 income, limited interest and dividend income reported on a 1099-INT or 1099-DIV, claiming the standard deduction, Earned Income Tax Credit, and the Child Tax Credit.
