Based in the misplaced decimal points  and commas in your question you may have made some similar errors on your tax return.  But we cannot see your tax return.   The message you are seeing is a generic message the IRS gives you when they have changed something on your return and reduced your refund.   They will send a more specific letter in several weeks.   One possible reason which is very common this year---did you say you did not receive the 3rd EIP payment of $1400 per person when it asked you?  If you really did receive that 3rd stimulus payment the IRS knows you got it, and if you put it on your tax return again by saying you did not get it, they reduce your refund by $1400 per person.
