Tax return split

We had the tax return split into two different accounts. One of the amounts went to a bank account that got canceled the day after We filed. They didn’t have my identification information apparently and when I went to the bank the lady said that I would get my taxes in a check but it’s been almost two weeks and we still haven’t received the check.  But we received the working direct deposit. What should I do?

You will need to contact the IRS for any information regarding sending you a paper refund check.  Please see the IRS FAQ What should I do if I entered an incorrect routing or account number for direct deposit of my refund?
