I did not know that they prefer you to wait until you have received your return money before you submit your amended tax return. I amended a week before I was supposed to receive my return money and still have not received my non amended return money. What should I do? Where is my return!

Have you checked the Where’s My Refund IRS site?

Yes. Turbo tax showed I was to receive my return on 2/21 I amended on 2/15 and now the where’s my refund shows return received but that’s it. And calling them just gives you the same thing no person ever.

TurboTax receives no information about a refund. You have to wait until you get more guidance from the IRS. Amended returns take 3-4 months to process
