Banks may not credit electronic ACH funds on weekends.

Where did you get the date?  If it was provided by TurboTax, that is only an estimate based on a common 21-day period.  Only go by any date provided at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool:

https://www.irs.gov/wheres-my-refund

If there is any delay at the IRS, it will likely say "still processing" and may or may not have an additional message for you.   Even if the deposit date was provided by the IRS, the IRS says to allow up to 5 days due to variations in bank processing procedures.

The following may or may not apply to you.  If it doesn't, just ignore.

If you chose to pay any fees out of your Federal refund, your funds will go first from the IRS to an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted.  Then that intermediary bank sends the rest on to your bank account (or card) in a second direct deposit.  The company that handles that is SBTPG (Santa Barbara Tax Products Group.)

If you used that method, and if the IRS has released your funds, you can look up the status at SBTPG's refund tool.  Select the "For Taxpayers" button at:

https://www.sbtpg.com/

Then choose "Check with TPG."
