Tax Year Prior to 2020: Talk to Customer Service Person?

It seems that I was charged for two licenses when I downloaded the 2018 version of Turbo Tax. I must have clicked the button twice or something?

How do I speak to a person to arrange for a credit for my unused version?

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

Here are steps for you to learn more information about the Second Stimulus Check:

Check the IRS Get My Payment tool. The tool should tell you where your stimulus payment was deposited or mailed. The IRS has indicated there’s nothing you can do to change where they send
your payment.

If your payment was delivered to a prepaid Turbo® Visa® Debit Card and you no longer have it, TurboTax will help you get a replacement card at no cost.

If you paid for TurboTax with your refund last year, TurboTax has given the IRS your correct account information and they are working to send your payment within days.

If you were entitled to a stimulus payment but did not receive one, and you didn’t pay for TurboTax with your refund last year, you may need to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit on your 2020 taxes to get your money.

Note that the IRS determines eligibility and issues all stimulus payments.

You must wait until the IRS accepts or rejects your return to make any changes, which will be around February 12 when the IRS opens efiling.

I ordered Turbo tax twice without receiving any confirmation, so I tried ordering it again. Now I am being charged for 3 turbo tax. I want a refund for the 2 that were never confirmed.
