Hi my taxes got approved and I used their card for direct deposit and they said it should be on there in 24/48 hours and it been since the 7th. Why haven't I gotten them yet?

    If the IRS Where’s My Federal Refund? site shows "Refund Sent" it can take 1 to 5 business days approximately, for the financial institution to deposit fund into your account. 

    Where’s My Refund? has a tracker that displays progress through 3 stages:

    (1) Return Accepted "Received," (2) Refund Approved and (3) Refund Sent.

     

    If you are referring to the TurboTax Card, Sign in to your account to see your balance history, track your spending, send money, pay bills, and more.
