Turbo tax efiled my taxes twice and it was somehow accepted and I was charged twice on taxes owed. Over a half million dollars and now TurboTax refuses to speak with me and closes every case I open.

If you e-filed your tax return using TurboTax and the tax return was accepted by the IRS, then a second tax return filed that included the same SSN as the first tax return would have been rejected by the IRS.

You need to provide much more information on the problem you are having before anyone will be able to assist your.  Like did you receive any letter from the IRS concerning the taxes owed.  How did you file the second tax return?  How were you charged twice for taxes owed by the IRS?

If you had taxes owed for over one-half a million dollars, why did you use a DIY tax preparation software and not a fee based tax professional for the type of income resulting in this amount of taxes owed.

It SHOULD have been rejected, but wasn’t. TurboTax should have never done it to begin with and now refuse to speak with me. The irs and ftb stole double my taxes, over a half million more than what was owed. Mind your own business unless you have something real to say.

Turbo tax submitted my e file twice when they should not have. IRS did not reject it when they should have and they took the money out of my account this morning. Stop trying to defend TurboTax who are frauds.

I just started filing my return and Turbotax asked for my W2 twice. I entered it again and the amount I owed doubled. Obviously this looks like an error, so I didn't finish filling out the rest. Def going to check out Free Tax USA or some other program, Turbotax is a joke. It has gone so downhill in the last few years. Makes you wonder if the second return was rejected and they just pocket the doubled amount.
