I filed my taxes over a month ago and I still haven’t received it and when I call it says I never filed for it or they can’t find my account

Did you e-file or file by mail? It takes weeks to show up in the IRS system if you filed by mail. If you e-filed, it only takes 24 hours to be able to start tracking. Check your e-file status in TurboTax. If your return shows as Accepted, proceed to check the Where's My Refund tool.

Make sure you are entering the exact refund amount as shown on line 35a of the Form 1040 you filed, the correct SSN and your correct filing status - otherwise your search will not return any results. Why does the IRS say they don't have my filed return?
