Taxes on amended refund

I received a refund on my 2018 taxes. Then I amended that return and received an additional refund. Do I owe taxes on that additional refund?

    If your refund comes from the federal government, it's not taxable income. You're just getting back your own money that you overpaid in taxes to the government.
